I have had a huge transformational year that involved a lot of healing and learning. After I completed my Level 1 Essenisn Assistant Healing Experience, I could feel myself opening up and releasing more negative issues from my past.

I have had a huge transformational year that involved a lot of healing and learning. After I completed my Level 1 Essenisn Assistant Healing Experience, I could feel myself opening up and releasing more negative issues from my past. I began my spiritual healing journey 12 year ago when I was first introduced to reiki energy healing and meditation. As a healer I know there are always things to be brought out and worked on.

This week, I began Elvira Hopper’s “Love Your Vibe” Transformational Mindset Reset program with passion, determination, and a desire to become a “Love Your Vibe” mentor and ambassador. As I completed Module 1, I had a revelation and became so clear about my past. I realized that there was so much more that I’ve been subconsciously holding onto, the pain and anger towards other people, and myself.

I began the journey of ending my marriage in 2014. I didn’t feel valued and was always worried about being criticized for everything I did. As a nurse, I was a helper, a healer and a giver. I could remember having difficulty understanding how someone could be so cruel. How I could be with someone who constantly criticized me. I could see all my experiences, the anger, and the past pain that I endured from a marriage breaking down. The big and all the small instances that hurt me and also kept me feeling locked in.

The Module allowed me to witness all this from a different angle and at a distance. Instead of looking at it with critical eyes, I was able to see myself with loving eyes. I was able to bring all the “crap” I went through to the surface, write it out with such clarity, feel it and see myself with so much love and compassion. The healing and forgiveness made me realize that this doesn’t define who I am or what I was anymore.

In 2017 I got my own town house and knew this was a place that was mine and I was free to decorate or do anything I wanted, whenever I wanted. This is where I have truly begun to live my true authentic self. Over the last few years I have been able to witness and share the true beauty, the healing words, and energies of spirit with those who have also come to seek out inner healing at a soul level.

All my journeys and healings have led me to new healing tools and a greater purpose. I have great clarity on my true calling here on this earth and I am here to help you realize your great love and compassion for yourself.  After I completed my Essenian Healings Level 1 Workshop and became an Essenian Assistant Healer with Essenian Master Danesa Lozano at the School of transformational Healings, I could feel myself opening up even more and releasing my negative issues from my past.
