About the event

This is when the sun's direct rays cross earth's equator into the southern hemishpere, where winder is ending and spring is beginning. In the northern hemishpere will continue to loose daylight untill the winter solstice, as the sun traces a shorter and lower path across the sky. Everyday on earth is eactly 12 hours long.
